One of my new goals is to eat vegan a few days a week, so this post in one of my favorite recipe blogs is perfect timing.
I’m not sure I could ever be 100% vegan due to my baking addiction, but I think it’s quite possible for everyday eating. These recipes are a great start. While her blog mostly caters to mothers and families, her recipes are stellar and easy to make every day with easy-to-find ingredients. I also own her cookbook and one my other goals related to this one is to make every recipe in it.
