Two-ingredient “sandwiches” are basically my combination breakfast/lunch nearly every weekday. This list is a great start, but experiment! There are endless possibilities. One of my favorites is feta with any kind of olives, but especially kalamata. I cannot wait to try smoked gouda and apple butter; I bet fig butter would also be amazing with gouda. Also, if you’ve never tried the salted butter and radishes combo, you are missing out.
