Just so we’re clear, I’m not a kale zealot. But, holy shit, are these kale chips delicious. I could eat an entire bowl (a giant bunch uncooked) in one sitting, and I might just do that. All I did was wash, de-stem, chop and coat with olive oil, sea salt and cayenne, layered on a baking sheet and baked for 20 minutes at 275 degrees. They become insanely crispy and so fucking good.
